# DébitageQc / Meat Cut Canada

> Bilingual Canadian directory and operations platform for meat cutting centres. DébitageQc is the French experience at debitageqc.com; Meat Cut Canada is the English experience at meatcutcanada.com.

The public website helps hunters, producers and other clients compare registered meat cutting centres by location, accepted animals, services, availability and verified job-linked reviews. Each centre has its own isolated workspace and personalized client portal. The software manages appointments, lot tracking, workshop stages, waitlists, communications and operational analytics. It is not a point-of-sale system and does not process the centre's counter sales.

## Authoritative facts

- Four-month seasonal access expires automatically at the paid end date if it is not purchased again.
- Twelve-month access is a Stripe subscription and renews while payment succeeds; cancellation or unresolved non-payment ends operational access after the paid period.
- Expiry never deletes the centre's data. History stays viewable, and already-open jobs can be completed. New jobs, bookings and waitlist entries remain blocked until reactivation.
- Reactivation occurs in the private owner portal by choosing four or twelve months and completing Stripe Checkout; the same workspace and data reopen.
- Reviews can only be submitted by a client tied to a job marked completed, client notified or picked up at that centre.
- A centre subscription does not buy a better rating. Default directory order considers whether new jobs are accepted, rating signals and catalogue completeness; clients can sort by rating, distance or name.
- Public listings and educational guides are intended for discovery. Client accounts, histories, documents, bookings, administration and super administration are private and excluded from indexing.
